Great Video !! You just can't miss a big race at George Ray's Wildcat Dragstrip. There were many more badazz cars there. I hate that the weather shortened our weekend. There is so many variety of rides, many are much faster than the class they race in. If you think you are the best heads up racer roll on down to George Ray's every Sunday.

Are they very strick on tech? I can't even run my car in Millington anymore because I can't put a cage(daily and I have kids that need to ride in it) and I am well past the 11.50 quarter threshold. My real home track of Jackson is fun but the shutdown area is well, it's a country track so yeah lol.

Sadly its only a matter of time. I have seen a car cut a light pole in half. The safety for the spectator at this track is not up to par with the caliber of car running on it. Those old dried out rail ties aren't up to the job.

This track is half hour from my doorstep.Real,hardcore,bareknuckle racing.

Yes, it was, last generation, 95 to 02, converted to rear drive.

Actually, the oldest still-operating dragstrip, I believe, is Bowling Green, Kentucky-1951. George Ray's dates to 1961 and was originally a full quarter mile.

Must be some hillbilly shit, they dont let all them people on the line or burnout box up here. And I think I have seen it all... that is the most unprofessional, sketchy track I have ever seen.
