I never gave George Michael a second thought, until now, after watching the Netflix documentary. I can't stop watching interviews, from his early Wham days, up until his untimely death. Is it possible to love, admire and become an absolute fan of this amazingly talented, handsome, articulate, sensitive and just perfect human being in a matter of days? That's happened to me. In tears sobbing listening to him sing. RIP George Michael the world has lost a unique individual ❤❤❤xxxxx

oh god this so me right there. I have never experienced anyone opening up my heart as magically as he has. I like, i thought i had defenses. he walked right through them as if there had been none. guy conquered me in the space of 90 minutes flat.

So sad he never found lasting happiness and stability in life. He was so gifted as a singer.😢

That is what breaks my heart. He brought joy to so many. But never found it in his own life. It seems Anselmo was his one true love and he was taken too early too. He is so loved and so missed. George was a beautiful soul and such a class act ❤

I wish George was still here…he could’ve started a record label and cultivated new artists that were as creative and intelligent as he was. He still had a lot to offer. His absence is such a loss😢

I was stunned when I heard George had died. One of the greatest artists ever but also a lovely, intelligent and compassionate man.

George was such a beautiful soul and so very kind. His voice was unique and whenever i hear his songs played, i stop and listen and go back in time. Just wish he was still around.

Same here. My favourite Christmas song will always be Last Christmas. I play it without fail every year on the 1st of December. It’s a tradition for me. Now I use it as a moment for me to remember George, & appreciate his music & him. It’s extra poignant because he passed on Christmas Day.

I'm so fed up with everyone saying that George gave Andrew the writing credit just so Andrew would get royalty money from it! I think it was really classy of Andrew not to make a huge fuss about that. Anyway, back to wonderful George. What an AMAZING talent! He sings incredibly beautifully and writes amazingly great songs. He's such a wonderful, handsome man and both men and women find him sexy. I also love to hear him do covers. He puts such feeling into his singing which is something most singers don't do very much. I saw something that Andrew Ridgeley said when they were both younger - that he was looking forward to when they were old and they'd be sitting somewhere in the sun having a drink together and talking about the old days. So incredibly sad that that will never happen. It's terrible that George is dead, and so incredibly unfair. They say those whom the gods love die young, which is rotten of the gods. We need him here!

George's rendition of this song, imo, better than Roberta..Flack's. And the guitar accompaniment was masterfully done. As a guitarist I know how tough it is to play expressively.🎉
