One of the best performances of this Bach Prelude & Fugue in C Minor I've heard! I particularly love the clean delineation of the lines in the Fugue!

He always plays so cleanly! His playing is wonderful!

Погнался за сомнительной славой "великий пианист", зарабатывая грязную репутацию поддержкой кровавого путинского режима. Сильный ход молодого и циничного недоумка, нечего сказать. Ни один уважющий себя музыкант не додумался гастролировать в Германии времен гитлера. А развязанная свихнувшейся россией бойня в Украине уже ничем не уступает гитлеровской.

Это лучшее исполнение !!!! Есть длинный лейтмотив мелодии в прелюдии при том что сохранен ТЕМП вау ! отсутствует эффект "этюда" уникально, чисто, исполнено хрустально Браво ! Для меня это эталон !

Love the big octave pedal point at the end of the fugue. I play it over and over as quarter notes, rit. and decrescendo. Lovely energy. Typically annoying perfection ❤ Best hopes, but you clearly are still enjoying yourself which makes you the real winner❤❤

Excellent prelude and fugue. I played this from memory for my grade 8 piano exam. Many students start too fast and get stuck when it changes to Presto! Lol

@@pmlouisjuste it can be! The trick is to practice it in various rhythms and slowly, gradually building up to presto.

@@pmlouisjuste the way to solve this problem is to work out the fingering and write it all on the score with pencil. Maintain uniformity of fingerings . ie don’t change them. And practice SLOWLY

Бах это всегда диалог, всегда разговор…, под его музыкальные фразы можно представлять слова. И текучесть музыки, недаром он Bach = ручей. Река недаром ассоциируется с речью.

Это совершенство. Вспоминаю А.Султанова, очень похож стиль игры - по стремлению к перфекционизму и в донесении до слушателя образности формы.

It is very rare to hear on such competitions this prelude anf fugue…Who ever learnd and played this prrlude,he knows it is one of the most complex Bach preludes.This rendition is great, the only thing I personaly do not agree is the start of pressto by prelude in low dynamical range…Everything else is played very very fine.Congatulations!!!

Noooo there’s nothing wrong with playing Bach preludes and Fugues! I’m doing one now and enjoying it immensely! These things sharpen up ones technique and get the musical brain working well!

Excuse me? Although it may not match concert tradition as well as you might have wanted, tempos are followed as written. It is important to accept different interpretations as long as rules are not violated (which they weren’t).
