Masterful transcription of a wonderful recording! Thanks for uploading - I'm really enjoying this.
Your transcriptions are tops !
Thanks for going to all of the hard work to transcribe this!
awesome
Very impressive transcription indeed. Hope you can also take the trouble to transcribe Sweet and Lowdown as well. Artis Wodehouse's is mediocre to awful.

I think this is Jack Gibbons' transcription, but I might be wrong
Where did you find the original recording of this?

I knew it by CD "Gershwin Plays Gershwin" that Naxos released.

Does that CD have performances from "Gershwin plays Gershwin" that Nonesuch released? I was going to get that but I did not want to buy it if it has the same performances.

I think "Yes". Both are different things. Nonesuch CD has piano roll that Gershwin made, and Naxos has Gershwin's piano playing that recorded in 1919,1924,1926,1928,1931. (Because they are old recording, the sound quality is bad.) Pearl CD also has Gershwin's piano playing. This CD has "Hang on to me", "Fascinating Rhythm", "The half of it dearie blues", "I'd rather Charleston" that Naxos CD does not have. But Pearl CD is 2CD and expensive.

yukimatsuri Thanks for the info. That will be the next CD I buy. If you see sm16191734 on niconico do you know which CD that comes from? The version of Do Do Do at 10:45 sounds like the one in your video.

I think it is the upload of the Naxos CD. I played CD and movie at the same time, then they synchronized. And song order is the same as CD.
