No, not necessarily. A person could take that view because they felt that the creation of Israel was by it's very nature an act of violence: Whereby the rights of one ethnic group in a particular area, were made subordinate to the rights of another ethnic group, who predominantly were not resident there. There is an argument that the creation of Israel was in of itself an act of racism and aggression against the palestinian arabs. Stated another way it's possible to have no issues with the reality of a Jewish nation state, but feel strongly that it should never have been created the way it was in the area where it is. However your question is moot because I'm pretty sure Galloway doesn't argue that Israel should exist does he? If so I've never heard him say it.

Israel is completely not apartheid, Palestine, on the other hand, is a bit of apartheid. 1.5 million Muslims live in Israel and how many Jews live in Palestine? none. in Israel Muslims, can be doctors, judges and even work in the Israeli parliament, and Jews can't work at all in Palestine. In Israel, Palestinians are allowed to enter for work and in Palestine, Israelis can't enter at all. Israelis are allowed to protest against an "apartheid" in Israel but Palestinians can't protest for Israel, or against the government at all.

Galloway is in no way antisemitic. He opposed South African apartheid, and he opposes Israeli apartheid. He's absolutely right to do that. That system in Israel is just as unfair to Palestinians as the same system in South Africa to black South Africans. And to any deniers that Israel is an apartheid state, Amnesty International, a totally apolitical organization, published a report in which it stated Israel practices apartheid. Lastly, as is evident to all, Israel is a state and Judaism is a religion. Leveling criticism at the nation, Israel, is in no way being opposed to those who follow Judaism.
