Love the way George always finds a field to walk across to introduce the finished build. And how he turns to look into the camera when he says something witty. Fun show!

Wonkatecture...love it!!! There is a Pinterest meme going around, with a pic of Gene Wilder in his W. Wonka outfit sipping tea; and the caption reads, "I call my testicles wonkas, because they are in between a willy and a chocolate factory." 😊

If the Farnsworth inspired house is on a flood plain, is there a reason why they did not go with more elevation? It was so nicely done and the man's tools are in enviable condition. He's definitely a perfectionist.

Exactly what I thought… it’s super impressive but would have looked even better with taller stilts so it really floats. Maybe planning restrictions on roof height?

As an architect himself, it surprises me that George doesn't reference the architects / designers of the inspiration spaces he features, specifically the Danish garage home and the English beach home.

Why is it any more of a wind problem than a regular house?

Because the higher you are off the ground, the stronger and faster the force of the wind is generally.
