    Carlin was always an accommodating interview. He wasn’t arrogant at all. Very nice person.

    Wow, I'm very impressed by Costas. I've been a Carlin fan since 1982 (Carlin at Carnegie), saw all of his HBO specials, listened to all his records, read some books, and watched many YT videos, but I still learned stuff here. Costas was extraordinarily well-prepared.

    Always! Bob rarely if ever did not seem on top of it. Often would say "I read this last night and ask a question". Smart guy.

    I've long been a Costas fan...but for a guy like Carlin to say he's impressed by you in any way speaks volumes.

    So glad you posted this. I used to record Costas's show and watch it the next day. Carlin, Don Rickles & Bill Graham were some of his finest interviews. Incredibly prepared.
