No. It’s like we haven’t learned a damn thing in 50 years and those that can refuse to fix one damn thing. Homeless, bombing countries with brown people, trying to prove our dock is bigger than other countries, evangelicals trying to force their beliefs on the rest of us, the wealthy are even wealthier while the middle class slowly gets pushed down in the name of profits, capitalism continues to widen the gap between the haves and have nots, and conservatives are still obsessed with a clump of cells until birth. Then it’s “fuck you”.

From Jammin' In New York (1992) until It's Bad for Ya (2008), almost everything he said on stage is completely relevant today -- sometimes even more than when he said it and much worse. Still worship him by watching all his shows every year to remind myself to question everything all the time. FOOK YA. DROP THE NUKES.

GC would be laughing his ass off at modern Progressives. Worshipping big pharma, wearing masks in cars by themselves, lecturing small business owners during the lockdown while ordering packages from Amazon owned by the richest man on earth, electing a 79 year old warmongering white guy and thinking they 'won' bc orange man bad, and posting black-fist logos on FB from their cozy homes in the suburbs in support of rioting thugs trashing businesses in their own neighborhoods over a dead convict. Carlin would obviously have a full hour on trans insanity alone too. Progressives are the most brainwashed, spineless fools in American history and Carlin would be acutely aware more than anybody. The irony is he would be cancelled and blacklisted by the Progressive mob he used to side with.

It was pretty great, actually. I miss it a lot. People were a lot more polite and friendly before the internet gained access to everyone's home. I had many good times in the 90's. $5 in gas would give you 3/8-1/2 tank every time. Individual candies were sold at the gas station, and it was 5-10 cents for 2 sticks gum or a blow pop. So many awesome things existed that have since died off. Hope was far more abundant than it is now.

Ah, the good old truth. Its amazing how people from all over the world connect to this in a same way. For example, I'm from Bosnia. We dont like Americans a lot, because we were in a way of an American "pursuit of justice" and displaying "democracy" in Europe and Middle East. But I can tell you the name of at least one American I like, George Carlin. Yeah, free minded and packed with true values. Have a nice life and be happy, to all those people who understand and support Carlin and alike.
