"Ok so we're in a place called lanthandel" - white signs (atleast in sweden) doesn't indicate a place but rather it describes what the place is. Lanthandel means something along the lines of farm shop where you can buy stuff people produce in farms.

Cynical Maybe you're thinking of "gårdsbutik", I would say a "lanthandel" is a grocery store on the countryside or in a smaller town or city :)

Not necessarily. It indicates a local destination. Could be a city district, a business or whatever you could find within a built-up area.

Time to revisit Sweden with a perfect score challenge? Albeit, it is quite nervwrecking to watch because I live here and know the country well. Öland is a very well-known place that everybody in Sweden knows, for example. Then there are thousands of small village that you only know if you have been in the area and that could be just about anywhere.

12:00 -- In the Scandinavian countries a dotted outline to the route number means that this is the way to that route, but you're not there yet (a bit like route numbers shown in brackets in Britain and Ireland).

Man I have so many memories coming back from the first one, I can tell it’s an old one but even though I was only there for a few weeks during summer in a small town nearby i still remember each part of that place, from where you get your ice cream at the dock to the minigolfs course next to the windmill

Lagan is the word in English for human made items found on the seabed. Eg. wreckage, cargo etc.

Pro tip: When there is a dashed border around the road number, you are not yet on that road. It means that if you continue on the current road, you will eventually get to the road wirh ne number you saw on the sign.

Impressive, I can get a score like that if I get an hour or so, and I have lived in Sweden my entire life...yeah me and Swedish geography...we don't get along very well...

5:18 Laganland is a moose park right outside of the small village Lagan. I live like 10 mins away (with car) from Lagan.

In the last one he zoomed past where you could see the sea. If he didnt miss that it might have made a difference (or not).
