Co-incidentaly, Queen Elizabeth was the last monarch of Pak, thats how long she has been on the throne.
Our music started changing from the traditional in the 80s. First came the Benjamin sisters who sang traditional songs but 3 sisters in one melodious voice so were different, then Nazia and Zoheb Hasan who are the pioneers of Pak Pop music. Then we had our first pop boy band Vital Signs. And our first international music star was Nusrat Fateh Ali who gave the music for Dead man Walking.

Malala stood up for Girls education after the Taliban from Afghanistan took control of Swat region in Kyber Pakhtunkhwa province.. the Taliban imposed restrictions on girls going to school who were ALREADY in schools before the taliban came.. Malala isn't revered here in Pakistan as a HERO as is portrayed, but only by the westerners..

We weren't separated from India. India was a subcontinent not a country. The subcontinent was divided into two countries Pakistan and India
