We had a babbling brook behind our house growing up. Sitting by it watching the water and listening to the sounds helped me relax. There was green moss & wild flowers like lady slippers along it, & a noisy frog now & then, plus little fish swimming by, & birds singing all around. Good memories. 💙🐦 Thanks for this!

I came upon this a few weeks ago. I suffer from bad insomnia. I usually listen to rain but one night I wanted something more soothing and came across this. This is so magical and peaceful! I love this sound even better than the waves in the ocean . One of my favorite sounds in the world is the sound of water on a clear,calm day in a boat on a lake; not moving, just sitting there with the slight rocking of the boat in the lake. I’ve dreamt about it for over sixty years my family had a cottage in caseville Michigan ( Saginaw bay) for years, and that sound brings back such memories, especially of my dad. Hope you try and tape that sound one day if you get bored . It’s a quiet, relaxing sound. Let me know if you do it .

Type water boats harbour side. I love that sounds too. The sound of water between the boat and the sides. The sloshing sound. Very unique.

Wow. This is like magic. I grew up in a rural area but have been living in the big city for 15 years. I have a newborn baby at home and any time he’s fussy this silences him immediately. It also puts him to sleep. Great content!!

This one soothes me without any distracting sounds. I have trouble relaxing and falling asleep. I play this very low at my bedside and it has been helping a lot.

This is my second time commenting here but we just love this in our household….every night for 6 yrs straight we have this on even if we staying over someone’s house or on holiday, it’s become our nightly ritual and I can’t thank you enough for this soothing sound to get me and my children to sleep. My children have heard this since they were one day old all the way to now a whole 6 yrs later 🫶🏽👌🏽❤️

Setting up camp next to a running stream has always been the best place to have a good nights sleep. It serves in many ways washing cleaning cooking soothing mentally peace of mind. Great gift from nature. The waves on the sea shore, rain on the roof , a waterfall so many options to suit every individuals mind. Riding a train for miles during the night hearing the clickety clack of the carriage wheels along the track. Even zero sound to the point of hearing your heart beat is possible. I've been there. Now if you dont hear that , then you're having an Eternal sleep forever. My views.

+Ben Skelly yes it takes a lot of work but I am really passionate about it. I love audio recording in the field, love filming, love the creativity. Not quite as thrilled about editing, but I am used to it. I love that so many viewers let me know that they are really helpful too. It is so much more rewarding than some jobs I’ve had in the past

My one month old loves this during nap time

You know- sometimes this helps me with far more than sleep and relaxation. I have severe chronic pain and sometimes it’s so bad that I have difficulty peeing due to the fact I am so tensed up from the pain, but with this video I find that after a few moments it helps me to go because I’m able to relax a bit. Thank you so much for something that was very unintended, but is truly appreciated. 😊

I am sure things will improve as I am taking steps to improve my overall health (mental and physical) and I am confident that though the road may be long and arduous, the destination will be well worth it! I know realistically that the pain will never go away, but by taking the proper steps such as losing weight, doing stretches, and increasing my stamina that it will be FAR better. I will continue to watch your content as I feel it will aid me in my journey of healing and improvement. Sincerely: thank you for what you do. Amazing, I love the soothing sound of water in a creek. My little brother has trouble sleeping so I tried searching for calm and soothing sounds and this came up, nearly every night he falls asleep to the sound. And I do too, Thanks so much for this❤

I have gone through a ruff time my first cat I have ever had died recently. When I listen to this it makes me feel so much better thanks alot. It helps me go to sleep too thanks .☺
