i think they're testing it out. Sumeru 3.0 archon quest was a detective puzzle minigame, and the new 3.6 event has a section where u listen to stories and piece together a conclusion.

If Fontaine quests don't involve Xingqiu and Yanfei I'll riot Why Yanfei should be there is clear as it is, because she's a legal adviser and Fontaine is courtroom justice based. Now people may ask: why Xingqiu? The reasons are: 1) according to his story, no one can beat him in an argument - he's a master filibuster 2) He chases the ideals of Justice. Fontaine is the land of justice. We might see some character development if he's involved in fontaine Edit: by "character development" in Xingqiu, I meant him realising how flawed his perspective of Justice is. Whenever something happens, he thinks to himself, “Surely, I’m still doing the right thing.” But the “right thing to do” is subjective. He has one view, while others have another. I strongly believe that its shown time and time through his narrative how he's a bit of a hypocrite. seriously, I'm desperate for Xingqiu, Yanfei and Furina content EDIT 2: IT HAPPENED!! IN 4.4 LANTERN RITE TRAILER IT'S MENTIONED FURINA IS VISITING LIYUE. THERE'S A CHANGE XINGQIU AND YANFEI WILL MEET FURINA AAAAHHHH

It's a pretty easy prediction to make honestly. The archon was commonly known as the archon of justice, plus I'm fairly sure it was mentioned in the story that Fontaine had a court.

I was doing a long quest in the Desert yesterday, and literally every time that music started becouse of a random mushroom nerby, and me just running trying to complete that quest fast

Inazuma's battle theme makes you feel like a Samurai while Sumeru makes you feel like a desert bandit waving scimitars

As someone who didn’t know about genshins extra maps (having started the game three days ago.) I unlocked every statue of the seven in that map area, and it almost felt like hell. And then I released Semuru and that desert location is more of an endgame location

Easy to get burnt out that way. Just go at a slow but steady pace. For the desert part of Sumeru, i highly highly recommend exploring and unlocking everything WHILE you do the Sumeru quest chain for it. Because the answer for every desert puzzle is locked behind that quest.
