u watched the god of snooker at his best painting on a snooker table lika an artist .

This title "5 Centuries In 5 Frames (Snooker Record)" clearly communicates 5 centuries in 5 CONSECUTIVE frames. Unless the score=keeper made a mistake, Ali won the third frame. So this is either click-bait or the poster didn't watch the match. You don't really need, and shouldn't ever use misleading click-bait for good snooker vids, and especially for Ronnie vids.

When someone states "5 centuries in 5 frames" and you come into the video not knowing the context, then that means he made five centuries in gives frames *played,* not frames *won.* I don't mind all that much tbh, it's still insanely fun to watch but still, can't argue the OP's point imo.

Said it time and again, there is a "sporting heirarchy" mostly dictated by middle-class journalists, and snooker and darts among others are kind of downplayed - with football they have no choice because it's so popular - so we end up with golf, tennis, rugby union being more prominent. And this leads to an under recognition of the sheer and absolute genius of O'Sullivan. Sure, they laud him but i don't think a lot of them actually get how great he really is in that snooker world. Anyway, the guy is a genius and causes me to lose a lot of sleep as I am mesmerised by watching him and stay up til yon time....eek!!

Yes Ali Carter won 2 frames. What they mean is that Ronnie obtained a century in each of the frames that he won. Either way simply amazing performance, including a 147.

It's not 5 centuries in 5 frames after 2 frames Carter won a frame..

I`ve battled for years since this match took place struggling to decide if i`d have been happier with this epic performance from Ronnie if it was against Peter Ebdon instead of Carter. i`m almost sure the result would still be the same though nobody knows as Peter Ebdon would still be on a score of TWELVE after over 5 mins, the same time it took Ronnie to make a maximum.. Absolutely pathetic FFS

Well I just found out Ronnie's run of five in a row was not in fact in a row. Ali wonba frame in between the 5 so that fact doesn't stand up. Even though Rocket Ronnie is the best snooker player I have ever seen. The one that stands out for me was when it was 8 all in a 17 game final at the crucible back in 97 and my memory isn't quiet clear on it but I do think it was Hendry who came out and took the final with a 147. Someone please correct me if I am in fact wrong, but Ronnie is still in my eyes the best player we will ever see. Especially because he can do it on both sides, right or left it doesn't matter for the rocket. You can't teach absaloutly brilliance, you are totally born with that shit.
