I'd sacrifice some closet space or the vanity in order to have a bathtub in the master suite. That's a must for us!

Glad to see builders that partition off certain areas like the dining room. Not everyone likes open concept so this is good to see. Also, this builder shows options on certain rooms/areas. When visiting/touring a home, this is smart to see what options are available on the room itself. You mentioned the floors and it would be great to see what kind of flooring options are available (wood and carpet, etc.). Appreciate Jen for making that call and you were able to fit it in your schedule. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This modern home is incredible. Has such a really great design. . . only thing I'd like is a bigger pantry.

Love this house. The layout is fantastic. Love how the office is actually away from the other rooms.

The only thing that would make the house better is a kitchen with a double oven and a second dishwasher. For the space and number of bedrooms those second appliances would better support a larger family.

Timothy?? This can't be a farmhouse, it looks like a mansion!! It's like you are living in paradise!! All of the rooms are very comfortable and pretty!! The Kitchen is wide open and spacious! The space directly after coming in from the garage I think I would make a dog wash and general pet area.

Really liked this house! My pet peeve is always wire shelving,especially when paying so much for new builds. And, basements are an absolute must for me. Finished or unfinished doesn’t matter - just that there is one. But beautiful house.

Solid 10s across the board with one 9 for layout! I LOVE this house. From the perfect front porch to the gorgeous back garden. Its so bright and friendly. I took a point off because the only bathrooms upstairs are located inside bedrooms which should remain private when you have guests. I would convert the closet in the tech area into a powder room.

I love the layout, this is again another beautiful home tour Tim. The front flex room is genius. Just would tweak a few things, would love the sink under the other window.

For the price point of this home I would expect wood shelves in all Closets, absolutely no wire/metal so that is a Zero or a 1.

I love this house and I agree, I would like to see the house color in a darker tone. The layout is perfect, and the spaces are big. I like the deep closets. Even the little half baths are big.

They should turn the second bedroom into a family space, and use the walk-in closset as a passage to the movie theater on top of the garage. (that unfinished space). Turn the loft as a bedroom.

Although this is a beautiful home, I see a lot of wasted space 😢

I will say that over the last few months the homes that have been shown have really been some of the best I've seen ever. There is about 5 now I would go with as next home will be my last purchase so getting what you want is critical.

Like the exterior style of the farmhouse but disappointed at the style of fireplace since it's not a farmhouse style fireplace.

A little harsh but the Farm house look is just getting obnoxious. The Layout is just top tier for a two story, that floor plan will sell from now until infinity, it's just that good. There were nit picks like the Window in the master bath being in front of the sit down vanity. I could understand having ventilation windows across the top and having three mirrors but to just slap a wind in the middle of the bathroom? The two laundry rooms were gold. I would of liked there have been two separate bathrooms for the Jack and Jill suits but the attic crawl space in pretty neat and allowed for a private game room or play spot for the boys/girls who have to share a bathroom.

I think I’d probably close off the Jack and Jill bathroom to one bedroom and turn at least part of the unfinished room into a bathroom. Maybe even make it into 1.5 bathrooms so there’s an extra one for when the kids have friends over and they need to use the restroom. It would be a little inconvenient to have to run downstairs when you’re playing a video game and don’t want to lose your data.

I am seeing a trend towards darker cabinets, I don't like that. I love white or lighter colored cabinets. I also like my fireplace to have a surround of some type. No tub in the master would be a deal breaker for me. A house at this price should have a great tub in the master. Wire racks, really?

8. I am not so sure about the extra room on top of the garage. I would prefer to have that door open to a balcony on top of the garage instead. That way you would not have to heat or air condition that room. Fresh air is better.

I don't care for the outside. I want a maintenance free outside. I don't want to have to paint, big house, huge costs keeping that exterior looking good. Give the outside a 3 for that. The formal Dining Room is wasted space to me. I'd close it off on the Great Room side and make it a Greeting Room for guests to sit and have a real Guest Cost Closet. That existing closet could be for some storage...it really is not that big, in my small place, less than a quarter the size of this place, my front closet is that size and not big enough. In the Kitchen I'd like the Range and the Sink both on that outside wall. Make the Island two level, lower where people would sit. I'm just going to stop here. Some Master Bath changes came to mind and upstairs changes. Too much to go into. Chalk this place as is as a No Buy for me, a 3 overall.

The darker colors draw heat so the lighter colors work for hotter areas. Like the lower floor but the upstairs is a little confusing. I like the house. My ratings would be 8. Your ratings are too low for this house. The porches are great.

I think after $250k you don’t get to use the word “farmhouse”. It’s sorta like saying that “RV” is made by Mercedes and you are “goin campin”. Not trying to crap on anyone just pointing out it is another nonsense descriptor that is akin selling a fantasy. “We call this model the Musk, because you’ll immediately regret your purchase.” It’s an amazing house, filled with details and features galore. And for the price it should be. But a “Farmhouse” it is not. Now excuse me whilst I go to my space launchpad to blast off. Er I mean toilet. Wink..

That formal dining room is in no man's land it's so far away from the kitchen. That island is huge but why no storage space in it at all? There's so much dead space in it that could have been utilized. Ugh, master closet in master bathroom. Hello musty, mildewy clothes and wet socks in the morning. Why are the hallways in this house so narrow. Your ratings are too long-winded. Six minutes of ratings which basically just recap everything we just saw and you talked about. Cut it down to 30 seconds. I'm done watching the rating at the end of the video. Get a better camera too. Your channel is too good to be using an iPhone to film with.
