Cause they are crazy up there. Master bath should ALWAYS have a walk in shower and a wonderful soaking tub. And yes, my work day sucked today, just got home, and this did make it better. Other than the missing tub 😂😂

Chance you do fine, you never have to rush. I appreciate how thorough ou are, so never rush.

I'm two hours from there and their homes are exquisite.

Very nice. There's a tub in the other bathroom, a shower in the master is good enough for us that may not be able to climb into that tub. Love this home. ❤

I like this home, at first glance you would think it’s rather small. The floor plan is actually a nice size and the layout is nice! I like the flow of the living room and kitchen how they just tie in together!!! Another nice smaller but spacious home. 👍🏾😊

Lovely home and great floor plan! Nine foot ceilings make these homes seem spacious. Love the cabinet configurations in the kitchen, baths, and laundry room. I’d prefer a large shower rather than a tub. Beautiful home. Thanks for another great tour!

I live in Idaho and the more pitch in the roof helps the snow sliding off the roof.

Chance, I live in Florida with a lot of retired people and snow birds it is not unusual to see at least one bathroom in a house with only a walk in shower because they ae so much easier for a senior or disabled person to get in and out of...

OBSESSED! I have a beautiful brick home but these videos make me want to go modular some kinda bad!

The house is beautiful, the kitchen with many cabinets. But I prefer square sinks, because oval ones are already tiring. And on the other hand, I don't like the air conditioners that come from the floor, much less the closets in the bathrooms, the humidity is terrible. Thanks and great hug from Miami Fl... 💙🤍❤️

This is a great layout with great details. Really like this one, Chance. The laundry even has a sink!

Love this home! The rooms all are a nice size. Lots of cabinet space and storage. The only change I would make would be to add a bench in the master shower. ❤️

Sorry it took me longer to watch this one. I was getting some video's edited and uploaded so I can focus on the Legacy Home show. See ya there. If I let Raiden watch his tablet when it's time to eat, it will take him an hour to eat his dinner. In the morning if he grabs it when eating breakfast before school, he will hardly touch his breakfast before it's time to leave. So I had to make a rule of no electronics during meal time. I remember when I toured this home and saw that mirrored dresser. I can't remember exactly what I said, but something about it being different. 5/12 pitch means that the roof slope will come down 5 inches for every 12 inches you come out. from the center.

This place is gorgeous!!! The kitchen was well laid out and beautiful. I love how the rooms were separate, but still had a feeling of being open. That utility room!! Definitely a bonus there... loved it! Overall this place, while being very elegant was also quite homey 😊

Hi Chance and Family...Absolutely Gorgeous, only thing is I would want the cabinets to the ceiling.. loved the picture of the garage and all you have to do is go from garage to back door.. so easy...living room is gorgeous 😍...front porch is perfect....❤ Be Safe Be Blessed

I usually don't like when the kitchen is right across from the living room but this one I kinda like.

These homes are absolutely beautiful, so much room. I owned one many many years ago up North it was nice, but nothing like this.

Chance, you tell us that you want to make your videos short. I watch your channel exclusively because of your humor, personality, and your family stories. I do not take time to watch other channels with the same content. You always tell us to have a blessed day, thank you. I pray for you and your family with thanksgiving and His goodness in your lives. I want to comment on you putting the same homes on the channel. In addition to design, staging makes the homes look unique from one another. Therefore, seeing the same home or similar homes is still appealing. You show us the potential of a home when we see the designer's unique vision for the spaces. I wish the designers would set up one of the smaller bedrooms too. Small space designs are great! I know there are murphy bed desks and other furniture for these types of spaces. Inspiration for setting up our own homes come from the professionals who stage these homes. Thank you for excellent content and the sacrifices you make in getting that content.

In Texas most people who build only put a large shower in the master bath. The secondary bathroom always has a tub.

Nice home for sure. I slightly remember this place back in 2020. I remember that mirrored furniture in the main bedroom. This place has a nice kitchen and decent amount of storage closets. Always looking forward to the next! Safe travels kid!

You need a separate tub in main for "GRANDBABIES" when mine were little they called it "grandmas pool tub" they loved it

Love the entrance. Pretty archway separating the living & dining rooms. Beautiful kitchen island. Complete utility room with a sink. Nice guest bathroom. For this price, it needs a pantry, and a tub and seat in the master shower.

Loved it until I saw those horrible floor vents. Ugh. I really, REALLY love this floor plan though. Love the kitchen with the dark colors and the glass cabinet doors!

The home is beautiful but prefer my master on the other side. I also have to have a jetted tub. No walk-in pantry either. I also like the ones with a second story with dormers

I love this house. I'd probably put a driveway, if possible, coming up to the side door, and have it connect to a covered deck. That way you can get groceries in quickly.
