This a signing a year in the making. If the GM for the Titans swallowed their pride last season, they would have got a draft pick. 1:46 i was thinking it the moment i saw the news. Lamar already has a catch for 10+ off a tip drill. Red zone and goalline plays are gonna be sweet.

Even once you get past the 2015 & 2016 Heisman Trophy winners linking up…. You still have Mark Andrews as a sneaky receiving target as well. It also lines up pretty well against the Chiefs… Lamar-Mahomes Kelce-Andrews, but Andrews is 5 years younger Henry- Whoever the Chiefs have as RB1

It’s like Rich and all these other media commentators suspend their opinions on how to build a team when it comes to the Ravens. They don’t have a line or enough weapons on the outside. They are a “running team” that has no 1000 yard rushers except for their quarterback who also has to throw the ball. Any other team and this would be considered malpractice.

As a Lifelong Titans fan, this is the one team I wished he wouldn’t of went to.

Definitely a plus over Gus, but the ravens run game is usually not a problem or a big hole to fill. I dont see them approaching 3k total rushing yards just by having derrick henry, the game is only so long and the ravens like to chew clock. They may not have enough possessions in a game to maximize the high utility of both jackson and henry. You can keep adding horsepower to gain speed, returns are just diminished on the top end.

I think Henry is a better fit for the Ravens than the Cowboys. Lamar is more of a threat than Dac to run. I think Henry should make it harder for a DC to force Lamar to stay in the box like Spanuola did last AFC game. But, having said that Henry needs plays created that allows him to run down hill, otherwise good run defenses will get him before he gets to the line. It will be fun to watch.

Post Odell world? Guy had 35 catches amd.has not hit more than 50 catches in 5 yrs. Had good locker room presence, but that only goes so far on a team that needed mkre production from his postion last year.

What not resigning Edwards and letting Duvernay walk for Henry and Agholor the Ravens running game was #1 last year with Edwards and Hill as a change of pace 13 TD'S out the door and Gus is younger and a reliable receiver too sooooo?

And we’re good at wide receiver I think we get one or two like if we get a good wide receiver, and the draft wear golden if we get a decent wide receiver and free agency, we’re golden but right now as we stand, we are looking phenomenal. we are looking great, we already signed Nelson Aguilar and he was producing for us I mean he did very good a lot better than Odell, Beckham Junior and we paid all that money for Odell Beckham Junior, just a flop on the ground to try and get flags. He had three touchdowns in the year that’s it But we got our guy Nelson Aguilar we got Bateman we got Zay flowers we got Mark Andrews we got Lamar Jackson and now we got King Henry baby. The ravens are looking great and we still got a stacked defense and we just sign Malik Harrison to replace Patrick Queen Man we’re looking good we lost a lot of players but we needed to sign a free agent dude at the right time the right price and the right position and that’s exactly what we did. We got good wide receivers. We got good running backs now if you think about it, King Henry number one probably justice Hill will probably be number two and then Keaton Mitchell will probably be number three, but it could be Keaton Mitchell, too, and Justice Hill three but either way running backs look great we know King Henry be number one running back but we got great wide receivers. Problem is ravens run shotgun more than any team in the nfl and Derrick henry is a back that needs to be under center at this point of his career to be effective. He can’t really run downhill in shotgun like in single back or I form. Not a great fit imo
