You could use coated hair elastics for the cup cozy instead of string. They come in so many colors too. 😊

My favorite fall fabric was the plaid one with fall colors. I used it on my pumpkin shaped wreath using 2 forms. I wish I had purchased more of that fabric.

I use the same process you used on the mug cozy to make collar like bandanas for my dog. I love that print also, but I could only find one bundle of it.

Oh no! Painting beas is so hard! It's hard to remove the paint and not worth the time. Is there a way to make it work? Or maybe try to repaint?
