The more I read about my brothers and sisters of the bible I cant stand them in the beginning but as each one matured in God the more I like them. Its a mirror or who we all are in Christ we are wretched but as God prunes us He makes us white as snow. Praise His holy name!

God gave me several dreams to tell me I had cancer before it was ever detected or diagnosed. He also sent an angel to tell me what gender my first granddaughter was. He then sent me a dream about my first grandson before my grandson was born- an angel appeared and then a young boy stood silently near the angel in a shaft of light - my daughter did not know she had conceived. A third time, the Lord Jesus told me of my third granddaughter to be born- all of them He revealed the gender. This was a Woops baby as my daughter had not planned it. Christ had to send three dreams before my daughter decided to take a test! Lol! What a wonderful blessing from the Lord, truly loving and merciful! Merry Christmas! Jesus speaks to us in many ways! Thank you for sharing your love for the Lord! It fills my heart!

I always took Reuben's 'where shall I go?' comment as an accidental admission that he was mostly trying to save Joseph for self-centered reasons. Less 'where shall I go to find him' and more 'what have you done, you've ruined me!'

8:57 I have learned from Mary that is better to just keep dreams/revelations in my heart instead of telling others, specially the one that are confusing. Before I became a new born again Christian, I saw it in my dream something and it came to reality next day, exactly the same; I had been wondering why that happened, what was the purpose of it? This sermon helped me to understand the importance of discretion.❤

It accured to me today that Jacob and Joseph didn't have a book or Bible of any kind to lead them or help them with their decisions.

God could still orchestrate everything to make him reach where God intended for him... but I get what you're saying...That's the Hope we have in God, it's not only one way of doing things to reach where we ought to. With God, we reach where we need to.

I had a couple dreams I shared with certain family and even though it had nothing to do with them they hated me for them too. I also struggled at first to whether I should share them but I really felt like these dreams were meant to be shared I just didn’t realize people would feel the need to treat me badly for them. The flesh can make people act so evil sometimes

Interesting the brothers came up with such an elaborate story of Joseph's demise. Why didn't they tell dad they never saw Joseph and had no idea what happened to him?

As of now, it’s April 25th 2024. There is people who are more or less like modern day versions of Joseph.

I’m conflicted where Pastor Paul says if someone has a dream and does not understand the dream or the person is confused by the dream then the dream is probably not from God. But do you remember Daniel? He had many dreams that he didn’t understand and made him fearful. Those dreams were from God. He did interpret King Nebuchadnezzar dreams though.

That's true, Daniel DID find the dreams/visions from the Lord troubling, but eventually the Lord either explained them or simply told Daniel that the vision was for a time to come. So, in the end, God settled the matter and didn't leave Daniel wondering. My original point is that God doesn't give messages in a dream that just leave a person confused and wondering what it's all about. If God gives someone a dream it's because He has a message for them to understand and benefit from.

If he didn’t share his dream he would’ve never been sold off to slavery?

Why? Was God limited to ONLY using the hatred of Joseph's brothers to accomplish His will? To say that Joseph HAD to share his dreams in order for God's plan to unfold is to end up overlooking Joseph's indiscretions and even make his mistakes appear "good." God worked His will DESPITE Joseph's unwise actions.
