Very grateful that you dig deep into the meanings & speak them to life that all can realize sin can overtake when not expected.
Enjoying the genesis walkthrough, really inspiring how they all kept faith to an unseen God. “Yet your footprints were unseen”
Always on point with your teaching Paul. Bring on Genesis chapter 42

It’s heartbreaking to hear some “christians” say if you still sin at all, you’re not saved. I’ve met people who claim Christians walk void of sin. Because they have Jesus Christ.
wow. 기다렸어요~ been waiting for it! 🎉🎉

Sadly part of the reason why the mud sticks so well is that justice is so often not achieved for those who are honestly accusing. So to counteract that, we are told to assume that all accusations are true, because most of them are. It is part of what makes Potiphar's wife's accusations so horrible. Injustice makes it easier for further injustice to occur. Thankfully God had it all planned out. Not only was Joseph there to meet the Butler and Baker, but as Potiphar was captain of the guard he was the one who gave Joseph the prison authority. (Which suggests to a lot of biblical commentators that Potiphar knew Joseph was probably innocent)
In regard to how long Joseph was in prison for, it all depends on what chapter 41 verse 1 means by 'When two whole years had passed' (NIV). If it's two years since the incident with the butler and baker, then the 8 year estimations make sense. But if it means two years since Joseph was put in prison, then that's how long it was (and Joseph served Potiphar for 10 years-ish)
