Generation zero is probably one of the best underrated games out there.

@@spartanking9807 the cap Is annoying, but it promotes trying different gamestyles instead of "I have everything, this is the only way to play" sort of thing. The box limit is called physics, and besides just use a mule character.

Gen Zero PROVES you DONT need a ALWAYS ONLINE CONNECTION to make a fantastic open world Survival game with coop.

i wonder if there is a way around that, surely there has to be a way to have your progress saved directly on your pc like mods on beamng cus i have played a few games offline so it has to be possible, right?

Well with alot of games becoming centralised to prevent hackers and whatnot, it's all up to the game and who makes it

Someday, though they will want to complete the story about FNIX's rise and then Fall by the players hand, i just hope when it happens the player takes it all alone, i mean my main character hunts the larger bots for fun, so id love it if some outside force arrives literally as FNIX dies, thats if FNIX hasnt already used the bots to invade other neighboring countries to take them too

I thought about that before. My idea was a show made ingame kinda like red vs blue was.

This version feels melancholic. I love it. Also I love the footage of the machines standing still.

Same here, clearing that place wasnt the easiest on the difficulty i was on, though to the robot hunter character of mine it was far easier than it would have been

Despite all of the bugs, etc that *STILL* are in the game, Generation Zero is by far one of my most favorite games *ever* made. Not only because i'm also Swedish, it's just an absolutely amazing game that unfortunately had quite a rough start and made people probably quit after playing for a few days when it initially released.

Most great games get the rocky start, i mean look at no mans sky, that game has the best redemption arc of all gaming history, from a buggy broken mess to a game that gives Elite dangerous a run for its money in terms of space sim games

Yeah, true actually! They did an absolutely amazing job on improving pretty much *EVERYTHING* with No Mans Sky. I've actually really wanted to try it myself ever since they started to improve it, add stuff, etc. Luckily it is on Xbox Gamepass! 🙏

I tabbed out of it since the living ships update but might get into it again, I wasnt one for the grind of survival mode so i usually play creative for the fun of just exploring, finding cool ships and just seeing what i can do, Elite Dangerous and GTA online are my main grindy games

Same, actually. I'm not really into games that makes you grind for 1 mil hours, 🤣 especially in survival games. No, but yeah... it's not really that fun to be honest. I'll most likely try it and never play it again, that's usually what happens for me since i'm too lazy to grind.

Я лично скажу, что для меня эта игра стала самой атмосферной по локации. Не обязательно даже идти и взрывать роботов. Замест этого можно просто найти хорошее место и наслаждаться видами Швеции.

Something I find funny is that that game teaches you to "Conserve ammo* meanwhile I have 7982 7.76, 3832 5.56, 400 50 Cal FMJ, and 30 Rpg rockets lol

That's nothing lol, I'm at 17,000 7.62 AP, 1000 each of 50bmg AP and FMJ, 15,000 9mm SMG AP, 240 rockets and 3500 7.62 shock ammo, plus a few other randoms. When your late game character has over 1000 hours on it, things tend to stack up lol. My biggest problem is getting enough wood to keep building bases 😆.

@@FNIX. recycle your unused ammo for resources at the work bench, then look up the coordinates for the schematics of the ammo you need, then you can make thousands of rounds of whatever you need at the consumables crafting station. Except the GRG rockets, there's a glitch that makes the schematic inaccessible...

It is indeed, i spent a few days making it as good as i could, not perfect but its what makes it unique

underrated just like the game

You can play a part of the games theme on the organs in the churches in game. It's awesome.

@@havvayokus3200there was an organ, i cant just synthasise an organ that sounds the same, i dont have that kind of money, i made this with what was readily available to me and used a neat program called Audacity to merge and mix them, listen to the full video before you say stuff like theres no organ, if i could have done the organ fully i would have so just be happy with what i was able to do thankyou

I actualy dont want a generation zero film i want a tv show qith at least 20 episodes the story in game is way to complicatet to tell in just 2 hours with a great story like this you wpuld want to make it justice by mot rushing it you should tell it as good and detailed as possible

Agreed, A TV show would work but it would get alot less budget, So tbh it would work if they separated it into multiple movies, Like how hunger games did, Making 1 movie take up the whole game wouldn't do it justice

You could mabye have some stuff appear like a small defensive barricade and a few episodes later you see one of the other characters building it. Or mabye if one of them dies haveing a different survivour finding him amd mabye take his weapons and stuff like that
