What if I want a PDF to be generated with multiple lines from my record view. So not just 1 line of information.

When I export a PDF on AEROPAGE, the URL attached to the generated images only opens the first attachment. So, if I have multiple attachments, it will still only open the first one. How can I export a PDF document with the correct URL for each image?

If I edit a record after generating the PDF, will the PDF be updated?

It does not, not without retriggering it to generate and upload again. You could have a url to the document, and from there that url is always the live document with the updated information.
