Sadly they can't because they pay for every caption created, similarly to AI voices.

How to activate this feature?

Hey i just recently purchased your software. But i didnt get like an email for my credentials to login or instructions how to proceed to install and activate the software or something like that. the only email i got is the payment confirmation from link? where to go from here? any idea why?

You need to own All-access license...

you have added customizable characters. So, why don't you also add some animate able 3d models that can interact with characters. like: vehicles, devices and other things.

WTH man?! I paid for the software and now I need to pay again to access auto captions? And your reason is that it “ costs you everytime the feature is used”? That’s whack man. I’ll just use CapCut for free. Yall are something else. I bought this software because I believed in yall. Yah let me down fam. 😢

Why did you include it for a while in the first place? Removing it just causes hard feelings.
