In the character customizer can we change the eye color?

Yes, you can change the color of eyes, hair, skin, clothes and so on ;)

Why does the Tom character not have a default Talk action? why is it just talking on the phone? the creator is great but still pretty severely limited in usefulness without a lot of those basic actions.

You can create and customize the characters so no to answer your question but their is a character named Omar and he could be called Arab
