Great tips! The floor is looking great! I don't have one of those cutters. But once I am comfortable enough to branch out away from the kits, I'll definitely get one. I have a small stash of miniature items I've gotten from temu that I'm saving for when I do my own thing. Temu has some great items and yes I need to stay away from temu too but it just keeps sucking me back in 😂!

Looking good Stef… and some great tips for us too! I really appreciate the time and effort you put into creating and uploading these videos… it is just so helpful when someone is doing things ahead of you, and letting you in on things that don’t go as planned and how to get around it!! Could I ask you what you search for on Temu/Amazon when looking for a specific purpose? For instance, how do you find miniatures, the right size and the right era? I hope that makes sense?? I want to do an old farmyard scene, with a barn and fencing etc. based on the same era that you are doing your general store. Lots of love, Nat. ♥️♥️🇦🇺

Your kind words made my day 😍 when I search for miniatures I always start with 1:12 miniatures and see what pops up, unfortunately many are mislabeled and you don’t know until you receive the item- on miniature sites that is not a problem. I haven’t done too much on searching for specific eras in time- but I love to scroll and look at everything! Lol that gets my budget in trouble 🤦🏻‍♀️ I do keep my mistakes in as I find it so misleading when things just look so simple on videos until you give it a try and it’s a disaster- I’ve had way too many disasters 😃 Thank you so much for watching! 😊

I agree that it is very misleading when you see someone go from start to finish, with no issues… we are left thinking that it must be easy… then left feeling really inadequate, when it goes wrong!
