Well it was great meeting you that day.

Thank you so much for sharing that video with us it is truly amazing. You can actually feel and see his presence there in each memorial piece of him. I am really looking forward to visit Norfolk Virginia, just for the fact that a true American hero rests there.

The building was constructed in 1847 and served as Norfolk City Hall until 1918 and Court House until 1961. If you should visit Norfolk , stop buy St. Paul's Church , just a short distance away , and have a look at the British cannonball embedded in one of it's walls , fired by one of Lord Dunmore's ships . On Jan. 1 , 1776 the British burned about 2/3rds of Norfolk. The patriots burned the rest , for strategic reasons about a month later . The church , with it's cannonball , was about all that was left. The General rests in Norfolk because it was the home of his mother.
