I met Gene and Paul and Eric Carr on the Hot In The Shade tour. They were all cool as shit. Paul was especially, he was with a chick and he still took the time for some conversation and an autograph. So, yeah, that's a good example of what can happen when you meet your heroes. Gene was funny and not at all stand-offish. I had heard big ego, asshole, etc. but he was as good a guy as anyone else.
