IBS has severely gone up due to stress, anxiety, and the pressures on the body. This causes gastrin going crazy, resulting in more stomach acid and a harder impact on the body (mode or less whats happening). Low FODMAP diet will like 90% fix it and it sucks so bad but it does work

As someone who has been diagnosed with crohn's disease for over a decade, stress can absolutely make it worse. When I was stressing out about exams in college I could feel the inflammation getting worse. Like a direct correlation. IBS and IBD have been on rise in the US for decades. I think it's more the food in America though.

Second the $2m isn't accounting for any of additional savings like 401k, Roth Ira, etc. It's just to show that time is the biggest factor in compound interest. Essentially we are ensuring that he has a good grasp of how investing works and a potential leg up compared to when we were young adults.

I don't think IBS is just a hot girl thing, lots of people have been experiencing it. Me and my good friend both have stomach issues. If I had to guess it's got something to do with the unhealthy food that everyone eats, I really doubt it's due to anything gen z is doing specifically.

Just because the "GROSS" thumbnail/Gen Z Needs Help... title worked for me, I prefer the other thumbnail with the mess on the woman's stomach/title related to health (if I'm remembering correctly). I closed the first tab I saw that one on and was searching my home feed to find the video again and just presumed it was this same video. Handy feature and I see the appeal.
