You only have to feed the Uni the losses once those courses will be gone instantly. If the university chancellors have to take a pay cut or the loud activists have to get booted out I think you will see which foot the jack boot is on.

My grandparents could not afford a house They converted a chicken house into a home and added to it over the years My husband and I made money and could have afforded payments but we didn’t want any So we bought a rehab and lived in it while we renovated it Our farm house is super cute as it continues to evolve. But no payments Everyone tries to impress the Jones and the Jones don’t care Happily debt free in our DIY

Why would Gen Z care about their credit rating? They can't afford houses or cars. You may as well max out that card, bail on the debt, rinse and repeat. Gotta look at the incentives and rewards. It actually makes perfect sense.

We should all send thank you cards to our representatives in local, state, and Washington. To thank them for what they've not only done to our economy but also allowing the degradation of our tax paid public school system. Tell me this is not by design. After all, ignorant people are easier to control and manipulate than truly educated people and I don't me college indoctrinated types.

No doubt, in the early 30s my great grandmother housed my mother‘s family, her uncles family, my grandmother‘s mother as well as a couple of teachers from Kentucky who could not find work there and move to Ohio, but couldn’t find a place to live as well as “Fred” who lived in the basementafter decades of hearing this story, I asked my mother who was Fred? She got a blank look on her face and said I don’t know so the multi generational house becomes far more than just multigenerational.

credit card interest rates only matter if you don't pay in full each month or you don't have a plan to pay your statement balance overtime.
