Wish full thinking , very few including Museveni can stay in swahili that long even minutes. All you swahili promoters get hold of yourself. Your language will never dominate ugandans

It is shame to Ugandan army that this officer is promoted to four star general! He never deployed and participated on any battle and doesn't have any experience to command army force.
I love this tribal imbalance in Uganda.
