This video title is misleading, as per the establishment: rank comes before duty. Therefore there is no way Lt Gen. Muhanga is above (a full) Gen. MK, nor did he say so in the video. The person to whom he is senior now & was referring to is Lt Gen. Otema (same rank but to whom he's more senior now in terms of office of duty) 6:48. In no way can a 3 star Gen ever be senior to a 4 star Gen late alone ever make the mistake of claiming any such thing.

He is a senior by appointment,ssebo.. The commander as appointed be a colonel becomes a senior to a general by appointment

@@shencents228 in the UPDF it's rank first then appointment held or position, then seniority i.e when you joined the army (army number) that's how the order goes

Commander land forces is appointed directly by the commander in chief(president) to carry on duties on his behalf......thats why he becomes a senior to a general. Even if the president wasnot a general in the army,he is a senior to any general by position... The sequence can only change if the general is in the HIGH COMMAND of which MK is not on the high command.. And in seniority its the president,min of defence,state min,,chief in command,blah

A General in title and rank with no practical experience of commanding the battlefield .The rank of General has lost its value in Uganda since Muhoozi joined the army.
