Thanks...this story is one of a hundred about my life that I am putting together to release later this year or early next year. Ive finished 63 so far. I your a sports person have a look at one on my channel called jumping the fence at the MCG another called Sixteen and a ripper called Nineteen Sixty Five...Hmmm

Dunno how this came up but I’m glad I watched it, see I used to play for the Fitzroy all stars on that very ground, went to Fitzroy high school not far from there, and remember that grand stand and the little brick building/entrance gate at the Brunswick street end, haven’t been there in probably 35 years so don’t even know if it’s still standing, such a beautiful area, thank you for this

Are yuo sure it was at the Brunswick St Oval? You said you also got Chris Mitchells' autograph but he didn't start playing until 1967. Fitzroy last played at the Brunswick St Oval in 1966 and played home games at Princes Park in 1967, 1968 and 1969. Fitzroy played Geelong at Princes Park in 1967 and 1968 and Billy Goggin and Chris Mitchell played in both those games. You also said it was the late 60s so I am guessing it was the 1968 game at Princes Park and not at the Brunswick St Oval.

That's interesting that I definitely change the number eight and he was very tall now and I'm sure Sally said that this is Chris Mitchell because she was very keen on him to. Worth checking up though. Thanks
