Hi! I have the purple set and the led lighs from the ears and from the one headset(the one with no buttons) do not light up. I have tried to lonf press the phone call button for 2 sec(and more than 2 secs) but still nothing happens. my daughter is really depressed and we have it for only 2 days :( any suggestions?

no,because this leds auto light up when you use headphone.
