This was happening to our same model. I would unplug it and plug back in. It would clear the error. Only to come back again. Now, it was constantly happening and my little trick wasn’t working anymore. So glad I found this. Thanks!

You have to put more detergent in when its low and you have to keep pressing the dispense botton until you want it to put more or low or put it in automatically I know this because i just got the ge profile with this feature i was confused at first but its pretty simple

I have this exact machine model, I flushed it for like 2min and it still says tank empty, in my case although it looks pretty full since I’m trying to add more and won’t let me . Any other tips?! Thank you

The manual says you can also pour hot water down into the detergent tank to help flush out the tank prior to starting or during the flush cycle

These instructions are written in the manual of your washing machine. LOL
