How does one come up with the position tolerance itself? I know there is limits and fits for holes and shafts are there charts one can use to come up with the position tolerance itself thanks.

Typically with a CMM. You can calculate it manually using 2xsq root of asq + b squ

Position Tolerance and True Position Tolerance are both same right? Again True position(without Tolerance word in it) is a different thing. And what is the difference between True Position tolerance and True position Composite Tolerance?

Im confused. How is this example different from a size tolerance? Are you saying that you are able to *move* the whole exact dimension depending on the size of your position tolerance?
