what a great lesson finished in about 6 mins, which is like 10x less than a irl lesson. also isnt it crazy we don't know our own body, but somehow our body knew to evolve to be like this. makes you think, doesn't it.

Amazing advice I’m going through a broken leg at the moment and a tumour on the outer tissue of my cerebellum this has really helped me understand the brain a lot better
