Just to add, the IUD/intra-uterine device (copper one) kills the sperm by releasing small amounts of copper which are toxic to sperm. The IUS (intra-uterine system) is the one that releases progesterone. Great video ! Made everything simpler

best video for contraception. should be in a book.

If natural methods are done properly, they actually have a higher success rate than all the other methods. If they are not taught accurately, then they are unreliable but NFP for example, has a very high success rate when done properly, and doesn't have all the nasty side effects.

Excellent video well recommended.
