Your are right it’s TNSA fault and it’s a huge lesson for TNSA to cross check every players Green Book from CTA this issue showed that TNSA was not doing verification of Green book. Now TNSA should clarify ASAP through their social platforms about this issue and when GCM final will happen. Also all the people who came to watch final should be refunded or let them watch with the same ticket when the final match will be announced other wise it’s very troublesome for people who came to watch the final.

I guess being in India you might not be realizing the privilege of having RC and travel document. The authority does not provide and that they are compelled to opt for other way round. I think you need to re-educate yourself regarding how document works in Nepal. Let’s be empathetic!

Tibetans in Nepal are not given RC which is provided by the govt of Nepal but in case of Green Book, if you are genuinely Tibetan you are liable to get the Green Book.. so you both need to educate yourselves.. RC and Green Book are totally different things.
