Leyzar, I was wondering why you don't do any melee weapon guides? There's nobody I trust more when it comes to weapon reviews, but I'm not very good at the melee builds. Also, great video as always. Love your work.

Now I'm actually considering making this one, I'm just now trying the kitguns (2 so far) and the additional effect this one has makes it way more interesting than his secondary version.

I was waiting for this video. I wasn't sure if I wanted to build the primary gaze. You convinced me. I have a crit chance multishot corpus damage with minus impact riven. Time to get building. Thanks for the awesome video Leyzar. Have a great night my friend. 😊

with my gaze riven (that I rolled myself) that has cd dmg neg impact I melt anything below lvl 350 in seconds with a corrosive build. once the primary gaze gets its riven buffed up to par with its secondary (lets be honest it will since people didn't like the secondary) its gonna blast past my gaze secondary in overall power. haven't finished my primary gaze build since I'm on ps4 but its gonna be a monster

Perhaps i am late, but if you desire single target damage just get convectrix with efficient beams and roll a riven and you’re good to go:)

The Critacan Riven I own for the Gaze (mine only has multishot and CC) was one of, if not the first Riven I ever landed. Glad to see something similar to it is working wonders even with a disposition of 1. Still gotta farm those fish for materials, but I'm excited to have a primary Gaze.

I think the question of Damage vs Range could be summed up with how you mentally view the weapon. If you focus mentally on the beam part, you think, sure.. beam.. phaser rifle, laser gun.. Range. But, mentally I focus on the AOE burst that forms at the end of the weapon, and with that in mind I think more along the lines of Flame Thrower, Ignis etc. So, since I don't expect a proverbial flame thrower to shoot across an Orokin tile-set, the shorter range exchanged for heavier damage makes an okay bit of sense. Cheers.

Yes, that's 3 balls, might make you want to have 3 hands, but as of this posting it's up to a disposition of 3. Made me happy to finally get a riven for this the other day :) P.S. - Kinda surprised they bumped it up 2 and not just 1. Either way... I'll take it!

I'm using brash, JUST to differentiate with glaxion vandal/ignis wraith

Gaze was my favorite kitgun. The dps was really good, then they gave it chaining beams. Sealed the deal for me making it my all time favorite secondary... until kuva nukor came in to steal my heart

This is a perfect example of the difference between mods and not weapons

Am I the only one who was disappointed we got a glorified modular glaxion vandal instead a meatier version of the actual gaze?

You don't need a super roll on a riven to make it worth it, you need it to make sense, since the numbers wont be huge, what you need is to actually free up a regular slot like getting say an elemental combo on the riven it self. getting something like +60 cold +60 toxin, will net you the viral element thus freeing up an elemental slot. 17% is good enough for an automatic weapon.

Out of the amprex and the gaze tremor splat Kitgun which is the superior beam blaster

Just my 2 cents here, I dare say it's subjective. If you want an alternative to the Ignis (Wraith) functionality-wise, primary Gaze seems like a pretty decent one. The difference between primary and secondary gaze is that secondary works more like the Amprex, with the beam connecting to one or 2 more nearby targets. In the topic of beams, the Kuva Nukor is probably the best one to date.

I just want to say great video i am defenetly getting this weapon because i love beam weapons.......but after all the things i have told you..........I just want to say one more thing THAT NOVA FASHION LOOKS AWSOME!

I’ve got this riven. instead of corrosive for armor. 92.8cc 85.8multi 59.4 heat. In which heat melts armor too. And also allows you to put either 90mods or 60/60 for viral.

How about the steadyslam? You gain 4 metres of range for a tiny bit less damage? Or is the damage loss more than I think?

From what I can tell, with a viral slash build it performs very similar to the Amprex with the same build. If you do not want to farm Solaris standing, the Amprex is a good alternative. The riven dispo is much better too.

Came back from a break and built a primary gaze first and i honestly don't regret my choice. Great weapon. Just like you, i actually prefer a corrosive build but i use Hammer Shot on the build.

I went with heat, radiation and viral there have been many changes to how weapons can perform I am not sure if this video was made when kitguns could only have 1 arcane at this moment they are able to use two different classes of arcanes. I am not exactly sure if shred works well with this weapon and have not tested it.

I swear I thought he was gonna get a sponsorship from that Raycon earpod company, thank god it was just a bamboozle.

I think brash is best for gaze primary. You lose damage but gain range and dps and can outperform synapse (no rivens).

Now I need to make a new kit gun lol. You sold me. How do you like this vs the Synapse? I love my beam weapons. It seems that--even though the Tremor and its higher damage might be more useful--that I should go for the weaker, longer range build because I already have a Synapse, Amprex, and Ignis Wraith for shorter range stuff.

you can make it funnier by not hiding in a corner, instead face them and tell them, omae wa mou shindeiru

Personally I love the steadyslam grip, only 2 less damage for 4 ft longer range which I personally think is a good trade off, plus it's alot better looking which is extremely important for endgame XD ohhh the memes !! Good guide though man.if I was going to give some constructive critque it would be possibly look into the other two grips though. There's an option if you want a faster firerate than the tremor and it hitting harder than the brash on the same weapon, Or in this case range.

hey man, thank you for making this vid! if there is one suggestion I could make for your build though, it would be to slot in sinister reach? it gives the gaze/tremor combo a 28-30m range, albeit in the cost of one mod slot (why it isn't an exilus mod, i have no idea...) Also, if it would be cool, could you possibly make a Lato Vandal build guide? I got the blueprint for it yesterday, and i'd like to know if it's good enough to use in this day and age. Thank you!

The MIGHTY SEER is the best beam weapon

I managed to roll for a +100% Crit and +60% cold and no negative. Allows me to throw in Heavy Caliber instead of Rime Rounds. It's so satisfying to use but I hate how I got viral mumu combo. Would much prefer to get electric/toxin on riven for corrosive Q_Q Also you ever thinking of swapping the simulacrum scene? Or do you just prefer the old one?

I use Pax Bolt tbh. Love casters. For some frames it can free up efficiency mods.

Love the video, but question, and kinda random, I know, but, how does Arcane Pistoleer work with the Alt Fire of the Phantasma? I ask because technically, the alt fire consumes all the ammo in the magazine, but since Arcane Pistoleer makes our Ammo efficiency stupid (100% ammo efficiency) if it will just make it an unlimited charge up for pistoleer's duration and make a mini-nuke out of it, or just consume current ammo.

Will the riven dispo go back up after some time? maybe for teh ones nobody uses?

A weapon I would reccomend is twin rogga with viral and crit atm that pistol seems to one shot almost any enemy's I've com across and feels like the old Tigris prime another is the broken war since its rework for me its killing lv155 bombards and heavy gunners with 4 hits and I'm making it my new fave sword but a huge tip is putting primed reach it has a 5.50 meter range it's literally an anime sword that cuts entire squads in a single swing

Jesus I hate that grip. It looks so bad. There's no way in hell I'm using it. On second thought, watching this changed my mind. I'm building it with the Tremor for sure. I love how unique the primary Gaze is with it's beam+AOE effect. It looks beautiful. Also, mind sharing your Nova fashion frame? Or was it in one of your videos? It's the best looking Nova Deluxe skin I've ever seen.

Would this kitgun build surpass weapons like the Amprex or Ignis Wraith?

But do you really need that much range in an weapon? You still do need to get near their corpse to collect your loots
