Honestly love the multiple builds. It's probably more complicated to make a vid this way, but since warframe lets you mod stuff to your play style, showing stuff that does the same makes sense. :)

Finally a true test with both sides of the spectrum for a very useful comparison. This is the best and most informative comparison Warframe have ever had. Really great job!

I personally used the Steadyslam grip for mine because it's less friggin' fugly. Fires a bit faster than the Tremor, but hits harder than the Brash. Compromise! :D Otherwise it's the same, finger gun and splat. Seems to perform nicely. Shame they don't have flashy reloads like the secondary versions do, though...

Very nice guide as always! (And remember, no punch through on these weapons. Explosive weapons are slightly inconsistent, some explode on contact like the Tombfinger, some are beams like the Opticor.)

REALLY appreciate the alternate kitgun builds! I know it’s a ton more work, so totally understand if you can’t keep it up!

Thank you for showing 2 builds. My heart sunk when I read the patch notes and saw that 1.4 charge rate when I already invested in the Tremor build. I decided to keep it and not change to the Brash, and while the quick shoot is not ideal, I do like it to mop up the remains after the blast.

Hi Leyzar, I always check your guide whenever I get a riven to check if a weapon is viable. I think you mentioned liking akbolto just cause it's fun. So I got a bolto riven and wondering if you could make a showcase of bolto with riven &/ augment if it's even a viable fun type weapon possibly dual wielded with throwing glaive. :)

I think doing the two option kitgun is a great idea. It provides some really important context into preferential choices and the consequences (not necessarily bad) that come with those choices. Context is king here when it comes to a weapon that can be built in so many ways.

This weapon with tremor, and yes, hunter munitions, became my favorite weapon to play in combination with wisp. Such a good synergy since you don't need to compromise for fire rate thanks to the flower

So for people who don't bother with Rivens, the question is: "Are you a charged shot player or a quick shot player?" Im a quick shot player so tremor+killstream it is!

Hey Leyzar, Thx again for ur hard work explaining stuff to vets like me and young tenno. Kudos Bro, Now with that being said, please take care that I built this for the "Quickshot" model only to find I have to keep tapping it as its defaulted to charge on the left click key and there is no mode change like the Tiberion for example . [BAd design from DE is my thoughts here], THE Worst facepalm however it doesnot follow up some guns- which for the love of peace I cant remember any now- , which act as tap faster to shoot faster, its completely one speed, and I gotta say it doesnot live to its " quick shot" name. So might as well tell the tenno viewers about this misfortune, Thank You for your hard work and Beautiful Videos, am waiting for that stropha video though :P

could you do a video on the primary gaze? I love the thing, but I feel that my build isn't as good as it should be. my setup is Gaze/brash/splat, since I went with the max range and crit on the thing.

I'm waiting on this one as well. Interested to know the mechanics of the orb. If the beams on the orb can headshot, does multishot affect the number of beams coming off the orb, how status/crit procs work(only on orb or on beams as well) Also of course how all these mentioned work with Lord Harrow.

Was waiting for some kind of guide before I started building the Primary Kitguns, this is just what I needed, thanks. Now just to wait a few months to make sure DE is finished nerfing/buffing the parts lol

I live for his quiet voice saying... "Please bare with me."

I love killstream + brash with vile acceleration and pax charge on this weapon. With a very miniscule delay in firing the charged shots (which i got a rhythm for pretty quickly) you never need to stop to let the gun recharge since the charge time is VERY close to the reload time. It's just nonstop blasts and pretty much invalidates the downside of a smaller magazine you get with killstream. That and i despise farming auron for splat loaders.

Got a tombfinger riven from yesterday's sortie. It also just happened to be my first kitgun riven and 5th riven I have

So from what I got from this video is if you are looking for DPS then choose the grip with faster fire rate than slower one with higher damage. Tbh it will get boring if it takes forever for it to charge and the tombfinger looks heaps better on the second grip

Well, you sold me on the brash......dammit that's gonna be 5 more forma.

Thanks a lot for the review. At first I didn't think much of the primary Kitguns, but this one got me curious now. From my point of view, you don't have to make different kitguns, one is enough to showcase it. You can show us the stat differences and then simply try to "emulate" it with a different modsetup that would resemble the alternate build somewhat. Generally speaking, I am more interrested in seeing the different weapons so I don't have to put in countless Forma in them on my own :D

Tombfinger primaries are practically replacing kuva bramma

If you want to go for the quick shot... just stick with your secondary version. It still tears through everything.

Palmaris has the same charge rate as brash but has higher damage. It was released after this video was made

I was not aware the riven dispo got nerfed that hard on this.

You make these videos for newer players right? I think it’d be good to explain how corrosive is better for low-mid level enemies because of the damage boost and bypass it has on armor. Using viral requires a proc to get the double damage, where corrosive doesn’t, so you can get a one shot (no slash) with corrosive where you wouldn’t be able to with viral.

Looks like I’m gonna have to make both anyways. Tremor without a fire rate mod just for gauss. Brash for every other frame.

I prefer the bashrack(?) Grip, the one below the brash. It still hits hard, but has a bit more manageable charge rate of 1.1, but doesn't sacrifice a ton of damage to do so.

My 1st secondary riven is from Tombfinger, and came here to see if this weapon is any good

I've tombfinger riven with 120% crit , -38% impact and +98% puncture , will +puncture affect the performance due tombfinger primary has 0 puncture ? And is it good riven ?

I'd say do multiple kitgun builds if you find it necessary like you did here, what with how Tombfinger has two different ways to fire. If it's not necessary and one kitgun build just totally outshines the rest, don't bother.

My riven ended up being multishot, dmg and +projectile speed. This gun is a beast.
