The fact that Mr. Varoufakis cannot be told who in Germany made the accusation to ban him from Germany is like straight of of Kafka's "the Trial". Absolutely stunning.

Yanis is a brilliant man! He and a handful of others can help us get out of this terrible mess we are in. We should listen to him.

A progressive economist in the US says regularly, "Socialism for the rich and Capitalism for the poor". He explained the bailouts of big businesses here in the US to perfectly back up this statement. At this moment in history we are seeing clearly who is really running our governments. Not we the people they are supposed to represent, but the elite, the 1%, big business, big money and a ruling class that we aren't supposed to see or recognize for what they are or what they are doing. Donations or bribery, call it what you will, our representatives have shown themselves to be for sale and have sold us all out in the process.

Sadly it's also the kind of thinking followed by a majority these days. Learn to have an independent mind, you don't need to blindly follow like a slave, that you must adopt the whole package. It's perfectly fine to have your own mindset, whilst respecting, and recognising those you don't wholly agree with. It's perfectly fine to accept, and reject the ideas or thinking of the same person. Between 2008 and 2015 in the UK, the Labour Party was blamed for causing the international credit crunch, Not sub-primes, but the British Labour Party! "History immediately will be rewritten by powerful" is a such a truth! I remember that for a very long time I "knew" that Palestinians left their homes because they were running from the war. I didn't come up with this knoladge by myself, I was taught this repetadly of it. Until recently I thought this way. The truth was not available for most people.
