Although he was buried with archery equipment the presence of the cushion stone suggests he was a metalworker. Metalworking was a new skill and he may have brought this technique with him to Britain. This knowledge could have made him a powerful man explaining his wealthy burial. In continental Europe metalworkers’ burials were often very elaborate. You're right. One had overwhelming more power and precedence to the other, same goes for the rest of the occupied territories, including Lebanon occupied regions where Hammas doesn't exist. False equations can dangerously detract from sound conclusions. Hammas ha from the start acted for a ceasefire, you can say it's out of self interest bur that serves the Palestinian civilians more than anything israel has done

How could Hamas have called for a cease fire from the start if they launched a surprise attack? They wanted to hit Israel hard and they did it. I am not arguing about their reasons for doing so, but if you attack your enemy, kidnap their civillians and post it on social media it is because you want to start a war, not prevent one. I understand that people have grievances, but reality only offers hard choices. The choice of attacking Israel meant immediate retaliation within the strip. Hamas knew it and they did it anyway. About the civillians it is indeed a tragedy. Sacrified by Hamas, hit by Israel, deluded by other countries and trapped by Egypt. My guess is that something has to give, otherwise just hoping for a cease fire, although very desirable indeed, will simply kick the can further down the road and a few years from now we will yet be discussing about an end to hostilities. @@Uliengue

@LucaStanga-ww4pm they literally been asking for a ceasefire from the start, the whole reason for taking hostages was to serve as a bargaining chip for that effect and actually proof that was the intention. You can bog yourself into believing their oct7 attack happened in a vacuum and is somehow proof that they don't want a ceasefire, and you can choose to simplify their attack as hitting Israel hard, but that's different from your claim of not wanting to look at the reasons.False equations lead to bad conclusions and simplifying one side while ignoring the other is not a way to discern or conclude anything in good faith.

It was not a mistake. They want to suspend the service which happened.
