I dont think her voice is special enough. Not unique nor techichfully too. Overal its very plain i can say. Maybe hats why many people hating this cover. Bcoz its pretty awful compare to original singer.

Holy.... Oh my god. She did this song JUSTICE!! Wow wow! I'm not even a 4minute fan, but she did a really good job with this song! And I love love love the original. I love the softness of it without the instrumental in the back.

Let Gayoon have a solo DEBUT.

I can't believe I have to say this about my own fandom but man, some of you guys are seriously so childish. The whole "Junhyung made this song for us as an anniversary gift, therefore, nobody else is allowed to sing it" needs to stop. Gayoon only made a cover of the song for fun; she's not going to be promoting it jfc. Honestly, shouldn't we be happy that this song is good enough that CUBE decided to make cover out of it? The people who dislike this video thinking they're doing the right thing; no, it just shows that you do not appreciate BEAST or Junyhung's hardwork. BEAST, as a whole, are probably shaking their heads in disappointment right now.

I feel like if Jonghyun didn't want her to do it, he has enough pull in CUBE to get it to not happen. He's their only in house songwriter of their biggest group lol. I can't believe BEAST fans are being really rude about it. It's not like covers haven't been done in K-Pop before. Didn't everyone and their mother cover Taeyang's song back in the spring? lol.

Though, I'm extremely glad that it's mostly Korean b2uties that have a problem with this; international b2uties, on the other hand, don't really care. Yeah, a lot of people covered Taeyang's song because there was an event for it.

It's note cube disbanding them, it's their choice not to renew the contract with cube, except hyuna, so they have to disband.

Beauties never bashing Gayoon. We are Cube Family. All group in Cube always support together. Of course, with some people( may be some beauties) thinks version of Gayoon is not good, but they just give the opinion, they don't bash Gayoon. And this is just a cover. Good songs will always be covered, have rearrangements, set in different styles and adjusted for the gender of the vocalist. This is really done well by a true artist. As we've seen from time to time Gayoon is more versatile than usually seen with the group. This should be a hit, also

Gayoon's version Is much slower and soothing in a way and I really love it but both versions are great so let's just appreciate them both and I don't know why everyone is hating on Cube and Gayoon one of the members of Good Life Tweeted that it was their idea for the cover because they wanted to give off a different feeling to "12:30" that they wanted to show so there's nothing and no one to be mad at. I'm a b2uty and I completely agree. I'm very disappointed too. I'm not a 4Minute fan and I wouldn't say I love the cover, but Gayoon is a very good singer and this cover was beautifully made. I don't really have any issues with it. 12:30 is an amazing song. I'm proud that anyone and especially Gayoon is covering it. The fact that I see so many dislikes on this video makes me sad.

Cube stands? You mean overseas fans then? But except for the MV and SNS, they can't really help BEAST to win. If BEAST wins, it's probably 80% thanks to K-B2uties. And most of the 4nias in Korea or overseas don't help B2uties ^^;;. They think Cube only care about BEAST. And again, the issue is with Cube, not 4minute. Of course Junhyung had to agree, but in which conditions? Do you know that Cube said to Junhyung they will use Caffeine for Yoseob's solo debut, and then, out of the blue, they told him while he was away in Japan they will use another composer's song? Junhyung felt so betrayed he wanted to remove Caffeine from the album. But he changed his mind because it was unfair for his friend who wrote the song with him, and he realized it was just his pride which was hurt. In the end, Cube changed their mind again and they chose Caffeine.... Unless Junhyung stated it was his choice, not Cube's, K-B2uties will assume he was forced to give in. Because they know a lot more about Cube than what we do.

I feel betary because 4Nias are follow beast fans and vote for Beast but I feel like we did not get back any when 4Minute commeback. Ofcouse Korean fans know more but also support from Cube Stand. I also know about Cafferine. maybw CUBE think it will not trouble if Gayoon do cover their song bec same agency. But fans take too far.

No, i's Cube who didn't think enough about it, even if they know how B2uties are protective over the boys. And it's not the 1st time Cube acts without caring about how K-B2uties will feel. For them, it's money before everything (maybe I'm naive, but I think you can make money AND care about the people who support your artists). And seriously, why even doing a cover? Can't they give 4nias a true new song? Everyone would be happier this way. In Korea, most of the 4nias really don't care about BEAST, it's like they are from different agencies (and Trouble Maker really didn't help). And I don't want to be mean or anything, but 4nias are really not that much active in Korea. Just a simple fact : when we have around 400-600 fans going to support BEAST on TV shows, there is only 50 fans for 4minute (and that's only for comeback week, then it drops to 15 fans. And I'm not kidding, I saw it for real, several times). I'm pretty sure 4minute have a lot of more fans than that, but we don't see them. I know a lot of B2uties who are helping 4minute but most of the time, 4nias get angry and tell us to go away, cause they don't need our help and we "should only care about our oppars"... B2uties do ask help from 4nias and Melodies from time to time, but 4nias seem too proud for asking our help. Maybe it's only a minority, but there are the ones we hear the most about.

this is freaking beautiful. Gayoon did such a great job I'm a B2uty myself and believe me I was so pissed thinking Cube would let someone else sing this song since it's a gift for us. It's ok if it were Good luck, fiction (btw i love 4minute's version so much), ... but not 12:30. But I love this so much, maybe not less than the origional ver. I think 4minute is coming back soon so Cube did this to promote them and it's such a nice way because Gayoon has such nice voice but she is underated. And i think Japan promotion already being scheduled earlier,no? The special comeback just announced suddenly during beautiful show,right? Gayoon is perfect.

I think her voice sounds really beautiful in this cover. It adds a new feeling. It sounds like a different song in a really good way. It's like hearing it for the first time again. She doesn't hit the high notes like B2ST does but I like the softness and sweetness of this version. I don't understand how people are saying the song doesn't suit a female's voice. It sounds amazing. I could really get into this version. Go Gayoon! You did a spectacular job.

As a hardcore Cube stan, im quite disappointed with some b2utys. Like seriously? Stop being childish and selfish. My Gayoonie is just covering the song maybe to support the group.
