hello, have a question regarding replacing keycaps, have seen several of your older videos and i followed, but for some reason when i tap on the upper half part of the key, the lower half of the key just snaps back up. the metal hooks in the keyboard doesn't seem to be broken either, so i'm very confused as to why its loose. do you perhaps have any idea?

If the key assembly is not installing correctly, its either due to a component being damaged and needing to be replaced or a component not being orientated correctly. I would disassemble the key as seen here in this video and inspect for damage. If there is no damage, install the key. If there is damage, replace the key. Would you like help locating a key? If so, what is the brand and model for your computer?

Hi can you please help. My laptop was working fine with charger connected for like 7 hours. After unplugging charger i noticed its low battery light blinking and laptop closed. I was in the middle of transferring data via command prompt and notepad due to corrupted windows. Now my laptop doesnt charge nor turn on. No charging lights. What can i do? Have done all the static removal steps

Sounds like your on the correct video. Have you tried the steps seen here? Also, did anything happen before this issue appeared? Liquid spill, overheating, Windows update, etc?

@@PC_Monkey Thank you for replying. Yes i have done these steps and i still repeat them but no change. My laptop never had any serious overheating issues but was a bit warm when i last was using it. No liquid nor any other issues. Laptop was working fine for 7 hours while i was transferring files but after unplugging it, laptop indicated low battery light and shut off. It shows no signs of life now

Hello, can you assist me with some issues I am having with my gateway computer. My problem is that when ever I turn it on it is always on the start up gateway icon and never loads anything else. Another problem i have is that whenever I have my charger unplugged even for a second it shuts off. (I don't know why that is too) I don't know what to do pls help.

If your computer turns off when unplugged, it could be a sign of a bad battery. Have you tried replacing the battery? What % is it showing? For a Gateway stuck on the startup screen, can you try the steps seen here? kzread.info/dash/bejne/dZaNtbGlqqvZgNo.html

I have a dell latitude e7240 as soon as i plug in my battery, ac adapter or both its power light turns on it does not turn off until i disconnect it from both, the network and memory access light does not blink or flash once, i tried hard reset it didnot work, i disconnected cleaned and reconnected my ram and ssd one by one but nothing worked any idea whats wrong? By the way ssd was hot after a few minutes

It turned on once it said diagnostic boot up then the screen went black now it is doing the same as before a power light turns on as soon as i plug it in and caps lock key light flashes once

Sounds like a motherboard issue :( Have you tried the power drain seen here multiple times as well as the BIOS reset?
