229,416.00 the purchase price. You would not have to gross over 100,000 USD to qualify for a mortgage. I'm confused. Please explain?

This development looks as if work stopped long enough to allow for growth of weeds, bushes, etc. Or, is it that the builder is trying to construct the entire development in one go, rather than in phases? No model units to show, or too late?

This is the only Phase being done, consisting on 150 units...the developer is doing the build out in blocks at a time...however the complete and final handover of all units will be the end of this year

Big bathrooms would be nice, but everything bigger tends to come with some added price. Personally its not bad, as an option buyers could work with thier contractors to make the bathrooms to thier specifications as well.
