Watching today's video was a breath of fresh air. wow, exciting, the old black car but how the engine sounded and how it ran was impressive. I also liked seeing that orange Bronco and how it accelerates, and how it turns. Seriously, it makes your day to see how they restore those beauties of cars. True pieces of art. A 1950, 2 door, Ford shoebox. That car almost brings tears to my eyes. It's the very first car I remember as a child that my Dad and Mom owned. Ours was a dark maroon color with tan interior. I do remember it was fast (and loud).👍

Easiest way to see if they have been underwater is look at the seat brackets & the trunck for dirt mud or water seat brackets rust like crazy when they get flooded since there not painted nor have any protection from rust

Love that shoebox! I would name it "Thunder Road" after the old Mitchum movie.

I watched Gas Monkey years ago, loved it, but but seeing this more Down to Earth At Home relatively unscripted format is a blast! He's one of the coolest car guys around.

BACK IN THE 80'S MY FATHER HAD TWO FIRST GEN BRONCO'S. A WHITE 1970 302 MODEL, MAN TRANY. IT RAN LIKE A RAPED APE. THE OTHER ONE WAS A 74, BLUE, AC, AUTO TRANY, V8, AND IT WAS A GUTLESS DOG. BOTH OF THEM WERE VERY SOLID BRONCOS. HE DROVE THE 74 FOR DECADES.

That's right but the SVT supercharger put it there 2.3 or a 3.2 Whipple put some badass rims on it nice big either cow hood or ram Hood ram Air hood just make a beast and put a beautiful exhaust on it and a chunk in the rear end so you know it's positive

Its a buyers market right now with the economy and you better believe the ones with money are taking advantage of it Its a bad time for richard to sell but a great time for him to buy his collection he wanting. There’s money to be made if you can buy and sit on them for several years

I picked up a twin of this one off a farm in Lincoln California for 5000 bucks about 24 years ago. DAMN!

I’d hit up Justin @vmp tuning. He is excellent with fords. Haven’t gotten a blower or anything major from him “yet” but he sent me some tunes without ever having seen my vehicle and just had a mod list and what I was trying to accomplish. Man he knocked it out of the park. I think VMP has parts on neighbor too If I’m not mistaken.

Beautiful Bronco. Left alone it will only go up in value. Richard payed $32500 for it and had to do a lot of work to get it running and road worthy. Check out the previous videos the old Bronco is featured in... RR is straight up.

Hey Richard. I’ve got an ‘08 mustang gt that I bought after being in Iraq. Put a 60mm turbo on it. Made 500hp to the wheels and 535 torque at 7 psi. Only have 49k on it. Very nice scootin around town car. Can’t wait to see what you do.
