Hello, is the hose plug a standard garden quick disconnect or its proprietary so it wont be possible to change it?

It's not a quick garden hose fitting. Looks almost like a gas fitting, or maybe from the irrigation section in store you may find a similar thing

What's it like for battery consumption

Can't speak to the battery consumption but it is only used for a couple of minutes per day. Heating is from the gas, so just a spark and the small water pump 🤔
