    I can tell you one thing he still trash talking. A few years ago we were both at Alvin retirement fair well from the 76ers. I remember sitting on the floor and turned around and told him I can take you because you are older. He looked at me and gave me that look. And said never on his worse day.     I didn't expect him to ever say he was scared of another player, I knew he had a lot of respect for Stockton and likewise Stockton had the same for him...it takes a really secure individual to admit that, they both had great battles against each other, the win/loss record is almost tied. I don't agree with no boundaries when it comes to trash talking but it worked for him.

    Gary Payton and Magic Johnson in my opinion are the best point guards in NBA history. GP or “The Glove” was just straight up nasty and had his SuperSonics with Shawn Kemp looking like “Showtime” Northwest in the 90’s.

    I'm late to this party but I'm confident Seattle will get a team again. That fan base is too good. Seattle should still have the Sonics and Oakland should still have the Raiders. I'm a Sacramento Kings fan and they almost left too. If former nba player Kevin Johnson wasn't the the mayor at the time, Seattle would have got their team back long ago.

    GP played in the NBA I loved. But I also believe that eras on American playgrounds produced a certain mentality. The outdoor playground pick up games are more ruthless than organized gym games.
