Wow, that’s messed up how they did him on Marin. But that was cool cause a little later after that he was Jr. King on the Jamie Foxx Show. One thing about Garrett he remained prolific. His catalog is outstanding! As well as his biography. He truly is an icon! Salute! 🫡.

Martin Lawrence and Jamie Foxx didn't get along because Jamie was dating Martin's ex-wife at one point. Hiring Garrett was not only for his talent but a dig at Martin.

Garret Said Martin Probably Wasn't Taking His Medicine, at Lest 4X, But Also Said That He Was a Comedic Genius, What a Cool and Classy Dude. Even Before He Mentioned The Firing, He Said He Otherwise Wouldn't Talk about it, He Only Did Because He Said Martin Lied About The Situation in Public. I Respect His Code of Honor.

I like how the interviewer let his guest speak. So many interviewers do all of the talking that you don't get to hear the thoughts of their guest. Much respect to this Brotha for being respectful to his guest and letting the listeners hear what the guest had to say. I enjoyed the interview. Not saying he was not funny just that he was a bit player on SNL compared to the others. We really don’t see him again until Martin whereas others got movies and their own TV shows

Hey Felicia Kelley at first I didn't watch it either, it was dry whenever i would catch my mother watching. When i moved and was bored one night a rerun came on after the news. It was hilarious, i thought maybe because i puffed a lil tree is why it was. I watched it again another time when my head wasn't in the clouds and again it was tummy tickling. You should check it out, most of the series was great with a few dry moments in between. Plus you'll love Garrett, always counting stacks! Nothing like a black man that can keep and count his bread and not spend out on the bs and materialistics. Lol

I feel bad that he sold out. He wore a dress just like the rest of the black actors and celebrities. All black actors are forced to wear a woman's dress for a role so that their career can take off. Look it up if you don't believe me. Martin Lawrence, Eddie Murphy, Wesley Snipes, etc. I can go on. but he actually did disrespect him! How you badmouth him if you know the guy is mentally imbalanced? Why would you even put that information out there like that? That was a piece of shit move. like it's crazy Martin really got people mad over some shit that happened 30 years ago. 😂😂

Mr G Morris aka Stan the man always genuine. His acting days go way back to the early 70s. He has truly lived!!!

If u think bout it, the roles Mr. Morris did after “Martin” were better. The “Stan” role was very minor to me. The Jaimie Foxx show his role was more prominent and funnier. White people should NEVER fight for us. We have to fight for each other. Unfortunately, thats not something we’re known to do.
