You're an angel. Thank you.
On a WRIT can I ask questions, could I write a Writ of Mandate in the form of a Series of questions and answers? Here is an example of the kind of questions I am thinking of writing: “Now I thought to myself why would a Officer act and say these words? I will tell you why, it was because the officer made plans to lie.” I feel that explaining ourselves wether on a motion or on anything, explanations in forms of questions could help people understand and hook the reader to not get bored. Im not an attorney but i, thinking of becoming one, your videos are very inspiring.
Good to see you too. Does that mean that you are, Professor, Mr. Garner? Have I understood that correctly? Kind regards, Eleonora. P.s. ... in the now, you look more like Professor Wright than yourself. P.p.s. your example sounds to me like a written submission, a question, with a submission of points and legal references in support of the written submission. At least, that is how I understand and see it to be. I do agree, continuing education is a life long journey. Most, although not all, in any field, start to become masters when in their winter season of life, and an apprenticeship of sorts to a craft, is a life long master, in of itself. However, if you are being yourself? I went to your website and it seems, as a resource, it isn't a resource for me.
