- 3 lb new potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

From my farm to your home. 🏡
My name is Kaleb Wyse and here, you will find delicious recipes, videos from my farm, garden, and fun home projects. My knowledge has been earned from years of home cooks and farmers in my family. wyseguide.com
A farm is much more than a house to live in; it’s a lifestyle. My passion for gardening and landscaping came from outdoor work with my mom in our expansive farm yard, my love for baking came from innumerable short walks to my grandma’s house to make cookies, and as a farmer, my dad taught me that we are the stewards of our land.
So whether you live in a city center or have decided rural life is for you, I hope to inspire you with the projects and recipes I use in daily life. We can’t all live on a farm, but we all need farms in our lives. From the dirt in my vegetable garden to the flour in my kitchen, I’ll show you everything I love to do.

Cornstarch. Who knew? Will be adding a bit of cornstach to my roasted potatoes from here on. Thanks, Kaleb!

I make these all the time, but have never tried the cornstarch. Will give that a go next time. This recipe also works great with regular size yellow or red potatoes, (less expensive than the new potatoes) just make sure to cut them the same size.

Caleb I just wanted to say thank you for your recipe for the potatoes. I did a big turkey dinner for today Easter Sunday and I thought that my children would be disappointed that we didn’t have mashed potatoes but boy did they love the roasted potatoes. Thank you.

Thanks for another great recipe of simple foods with flavor turned up! And thanks too, for the special tips---use the convection setting, and sprinkle with corn starch. Love this!!! Back at you to share my tips 1. If you can find it, use Roasted Garlic Powder; 2. Sprinkle Nutritional Yeast on potatoes (when out of the oven) is extra yummy (and nutritious), along with parmesan & parsley. Love, LOVE YOUR CHANNEL!!!!

I will try the corn starch trick he next time. Another tip with cornstarch is to sprinkle a bit of corn starch on chunks of meat and leave 30 minutes to tenderize it.

Would potato starch work or do I need to use corn starch? Also, can you explain when to use granulated garlic and when to use garlic powder?
